  Upload clear images or a video of the product highlighting the technical defect or physical damage to help our technical team validate your claim.

  Package & Pickup

  Ensure the device is placed in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and warranty cards intact for our courier partner to collect.

  Resolution & Refund

  Once the returned unit passes our warehouse inspection, we will initiate a brand-new replacement or process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
